Andrew Richardson
I am experienced in teaching students from age 7 up to any age. I teach at all levels, and both Trinity and ABRSM exam boards. I also prepare students for ABRSM Theory Exams.
I currently have a limited number of slots to take on extra students. I currently teach mainly online. I am based in the Petersfield area and may also be available for lessons at the Recital Hall in Bognor on Mondays between 4-6pm.
I have a wide range of musical interests from medieval to modern; music technologies and various guitar styles.
I hold ALCM, BA (Hons) in Music Education, PGCE, I am an ISM Member and hold enhanced DBS clearance.
I have also studied conducting and have experience in directing a wide range of ensembles.
I have 35 years experience of teaching music in schools including Head of Music in three secondary schools in Hampshire. I have pioneered digital learning in music. I am experienced in teaching adults and teaching online.
